Everlast Thai Pad (Black) : Everlast Thai Pad (Black) Reviews
16 of 17 people found the following review helpful Small, durable, not soft, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Everlast Thai Pad (Black) (Sports) Definitely buying another pad, it only comes as 1 per. They aren't very big, but they good for concentration and weight almost nothing. As the trainer, their light and easy to maneuver, getting hit doesn't hurt. As a trainee they are solid and can take some wear, I've used them nearly ever day for a good month and they're still like new. My only complaint is that if you kick them without a guard on your instep it will definitely sting a while. Also you should know that the handle is solid and, in my opinion, better for holding on to. 7 of 8 people found the following review helpful OK for a small pad., By Pratchett Fan "pfan" (Independence, MO, USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Everlast Thai Pad (Black) (Sports) The description leads one to believe this is a pair of pads, but it is only one pad. It is well-constructed and has a good grip, but it is rather small, makes a good forearm pad. Works well as a striking/blocking pad for hand/elbow techniques. The price is excellent, but if you really need a good kick pad, you're probably going to need to spend $70-$100. Still, a good value, just not large enough to be really versatile, but then again it is small, lightweight, and quick. I'll end up buying another much larger pad for more money, but this is a useful piece of equipment and I'm glad I bought it. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful It works as described....but its a bit stiff, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Everlast Thai Pad (Black) (Sports) Good value, works as described, and well designed. It is a bit stiff to hit or kick, I wish it had more give so that it wasn't like kicking or hitting a plastic wall, but it certainly won't fall apart any time soon. |
